Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TimeFly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the Service
- You must be at least 16 years old to use TimeFly.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
- You may not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you create in TimeFly - projects, tasks, and time entries. We process your data only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
Collaboration and invitations
Account owners are responsible for all users they invite into projects, including internal members and client collaborators. Invited client collaborators receive limited access according to the product design and may only use that access for authorized participation in the project.
You agree not to share projects with unauthorized participants, misuse limited client access, or attempt to bypass role-based visibility controls.
Availability
We aim to keep TimeFly available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.
Intellectual Property
The TimeFly name, logo, and application are the property of TimeFly. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission. Your data remains yours - we claim no ownership over the content you create.
Limitation of Liability
TimeFly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
