TimeFly collects the minimum information needed to run the app, keep your data synced, and provide analytics. We do not sell your data.

Information we collect

  • Project, task, and time entry data you create.
  • Usage data to keep the product reliable and secure.

How we use data

  • To provide time tracking, analytics, and exports.
  • To keep projects synced across devices in real time.
  • To support invited member and client collaboration with access limited to the project context they are allowed to see.
  • To improve performance, reliability, and support.

Shared collaboration data

Project owners can invite internal members and client collaborators into projects. Invited collaborators may see limited project data that is relevant to their assigned access. Client access is designed to support project visibility without exposing billing details, hourly rates, or other internal billing controls.

Account owners are responsible for who they invite into a project and for ensuring those invitations are only sent to authorized participants.

Data storage and retention

We store your data securely and keep it for as long as your account is active. You can delete projects, tasks, and time entries in the app, and contact support if you need account removal.

Your choices

  • Update your profile information in settings.
  • Export your data from the Analytics page.
  • Delete projects, tasks, and time entries you no longer need.
